Each one has its own page — plain language, no fixed prices quoted before we've seen the problem.
Drain cleaning
Clear the blockage properly, then tell you what caused it so it doesn't come straight back.
Water heaters
Tank and tankless — repaired if it's worth repairing, replaced if it isn't.
Sump pumps & backwater valves
Basement flood protection, including the municipal subsidy paperwork where it applies.
Leak detection & pipe repair
Find the leak without opening every wall, then fix or repipe the run.
Toilets, faucets & fixtures
The small jobs that get put off — running toilets, dripping taps, seized valves.
Sewer & main water lines
We work out where the failure is before anything gets dug up, and keep the opening as small as the fault allows.
Renovation & new-build plumbing
Rough-in through finish, with the permits pulled and inspections booked.
One thing we don't do: private wells and septic systems — no well pumps, pressure tanks, water treatment or septic work. On a property with private services we handle everything inside the house from the pressure tank onward. Relevant mostly in King City and the rural edges of Richmond Hill.
How we price
You see the number before we start
No plumber can quote a price down a phone line without seeing the problem. What we can promise is that you'll never be surprised by the invoice.
- Diagnose, then quoteWe find out what's actually wrong before putting a number on it. You approve that number before any work begins.
- Labour and materials are itemised separatelyParts, fixtures and materials appear as their own lines on the invoice. Membership discounts apply to repair labour, so keeping them separate means you can see exactly what you saved.
- Scope changes get re-quotedIf we open a wall and find something worse, work stops and we talk. You decide before the cost moves.
Membership
Members pay less on every repair
Essentials takes 10% off repair labour. Premium takes 25% off and removes the emergency call-out fee — $150 saved on each out-of-hours visit.
