Before you call
Do you really answer at 2am?
Yes. Emergency calls reach a person, not a voicemail box, every hour of every day including holidays. If we can't get to you quickly we'll say so on that call rather than leave you waiting.
What's the first thing to do in a flood?
Shut the main water valve — usually in the basement near the front wall, where the water service enters. Turn it clockwise until it stops. Then call 437-972-3137 and we'll take it from there.
How does pricing work?
We diagnose first, then quote a price for the work before we start. You approve it before a tool comes out. Materials, parts and fixtures are billed separately from labour and itemised on your invoice.
Is the membership worth it for a small condo?
Essentials at $30/month suits condos and smaller homes: one whole-home inspection a year, 10% off repair labour, front-of-line booking, and no emergency call-out fee — which alone is $150 saved each time you need us out of hours. See the full comparison.
