What counts as a repair: a repair means fixing something already there — a leaking pipe, a running toilet, a seized valve, a blocked drain, a water heater that's stopped working. Discounts apply to repair labour only. New installations, full replacements and renovation projects are billed at standard rates. Materials, parts and fixtures are never covered and are billed separately.

Essentials costs $360 a year. A single out-of-hours emergency puts $150 of that straight back in your pocket through the waived call-out fee — before the 10% labour discount is applied.
Most people don't pay for a plumbing inspection. Members get one every year — 2× a year on Premium — which is how a weeping shut-off valve or a sump pump on its last season gets found in daylight instead of at 2am.
Premium is $1,200 a year and includes one emergency call and one drain cleaning outright, plus 25% off all repair labour and a lifetime workmanship warranty. It's built for homes where a plumbing failure is expensive.

Both plans carry a 6-month minimum term. After six months the membership continues month to month. You can cancel by phone or email and it takes effect at the end of your current billing month. There's no cancellation fee.

No. Included visits — the inspections, the free emergency call and the free drain cleaning on Premium — reset at the start of each membership year and don't carry forward.
